Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to patrol and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for report writing

- Previous experience in security or hospitality preferred
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
- Respond to emergency situations including but not limited to safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
- Promote safe work practices
- Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
- Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
