Prior experience in security or hospitality preferred
Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations
Excellent communication and observational skills

Job Duties

Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and property
Promote safe work practices
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation as needed
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
