Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Must be able to maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience
  • Must possess excellent writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Maintain a continuous awareness of all property activity through supervision and direct observation
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and service needs
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with shift manager on scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular security post inspections
  • Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards
  • Transfer Table Games fills and credits
  • Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs
  • Maintain current information on cheats, thieves, vagrants to protect company assets, patrons, and employees
  • Develop and maintain communications with law enforcement agencies and security personnel of other casinos
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure adherence to guest service standards
  • Provide support in terminations, thefts, investigations, and requested procedures
  • Implement and maintain proper procedures for Games Department
  • Promote a safe and secure working environment
  • Oversee all emergencies on property in the absence of the shift manager
  • Coordinate and document quarterly emergency drills in conjunction with facilities manager and technicians
  • Ensure all staff participate in emergency drills and understand safety procedures
