Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Must be able to maintain a valid Driver's License
- Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience
- Must possess excellent writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
- Maintain a continuous awareness of all property activity through supervision and direct observation
- Respond appropriately to incidents and service needs
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with shift manager on scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular security post inspections
- Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards
- Transfer Table Games fills and credits
- Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs
- Maintain current information on cheats, thieves, vagrants to protect company assets, patrons, and employees
- Develop and maintain communications with law enforcement agencies and security personnel of other casinos
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure adherence to guest service standards
- Provide support in terminations, thefts, investigations, and requested procedures
- Implement and maintain proper procedures for Games Department
- Promote a safe and secure working environment
- Oversee all emergencies on property in the absence of the shift manager
- Coordinate and document quarterly emergency drills in conjunction with facilities manager and technicians
- Ensure all staff participate in emergency drills and understand safety procedures
