Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Must be able to maintain a valid Driver's License
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience
- Must possess excellent writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
- Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
- Maintain continuous awareness of all property activity through supervision and direct observation and respond appropriately to incidents and service needs
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with shift manager on scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular security post inspections
- Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards
- Transfer Table Games fills and credits
- Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs
- Maintain current information on cheats, thieves, vagrants, etc. to protect company assets, patrons, and employees and develop communication with law enforcement and other casino security personnel
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure adherence to guest service standards
- Provide support to other departmental management in investigations, terminations, and thefts as requested
- Ensure proper procedures for Games Department including fills, credits, transfers, pit boxes, drops are implemented and maintained
- Promote a safe and secure working environment
- Oversee all emergencies on property in the absence of the shift manager and ensure quarterly emergency drills are conducted and documented
- Collaborate with facilities management and technicians on all property emergencies and drills
