Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
  • Must be able to maintain a valid Driver's License

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience
  • Must possess excellent writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Maintain continuous awareness of all property activity through supervision and direct observation and respond appropriately to incidents and service needs
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with shift manager on scheduling concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Conduct regular security post inspections
  • Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards
  • Transfer Table Games fills and credits
  • Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs
  • Maintain current information on cheats, thieves, vagrants, etc. to protect company assets, patrons, and employees and develop communication with law enforcement and other casino security personnel
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure adherence to guest service standards
  • Provide support to other departmental management in investigations, terminations, and thefts as requested
  • Ensure proper procedures for Games Department including fills, credits, transfers, pit boxes, drops are implemented and maintained
  • Promote a safe and secure working environment
  • Oversee all emergencies on property in the absence of the shift manager and ensure quarterly emergency drills are conducted and documented
  • Collaborate with facilities management and technicians on all property emergencies and drills
