Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest relations, security, or customer service role within the hospitality industry
- must be capable of attaining a registered PSO (Proprietary Security Officer) within the State of California or currently have an active Guard Card
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest relations or security role
- previous supervisory or team leadership experience is desirable
- security background.

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
- foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience
- manage and maintain the entry point into Club Louies including checking patrons' legal identifications, intoxication levels, and use of metal detectors when instructed
- maintain a safe environment within Club Louies by supervising Guest Relations Agents on patrol
- assist hotel staff in handling unusual guest or employee problems including disorderly conduct, thefts, bomb threats, accidents, and emergencies
- document all incidents objectively and prepare comprehensive reports
- investigate crimes committed against the hotel, guests, and employees
- assist in recruiting, training, and developing Guest Relations staff
- provide guidance and support to team members to ensure exceptional service
- monitor daily operations and address any issues promptly
- ensure adherence to established service standards and protocols
- conduct regular inspections of guest areas for cleanliness and orderliness
- collaborate with other departments to resolve guest-related issues
- maintain clear communication with Guest Relations Manager and other departments
- report guest feedback, service issues, and team performance
- handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- work collaboratively to find solutions and prevent recurrence.
