Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in security or loss prevention
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major
- 2 years experience in security or loss prevention
- ability to manage and train staff
- knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures
- strong communication skills
- capacity to collaborate with multiple departments and external agencies
- proficiency in incident reporting and documentation
- commitment to professionalism and integrity

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in security or loss prevention
- OR associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field with 2 years of security or loss prevention experience
- proven leadership and team management capabilities
- strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment practices
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead emergency response and accident prevention initiatives
- experience with surveillance and security technology
- commitment to guest and employee safety
- problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- familiarity with legal compliance in security operations
Job Duties
- Manage daily loss prevention and security operations
- conduct hazard and risk assessments including OSHA audits
- maintain safety and incident logs and documentation
- train staff in emergency, accident, and fire prevention procedures
- develop safety and shutdown procedures for the property
- oversee surveillance and electronic security systems
- implement and monitor safety programs and policies
- lead accident prevention committee and first aid programs
- handle complaints, disputes, and grievances
- coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services
- communicate safety standards and procedures to staff
- provide support and guidance to team members to foster cooperation and trust
- ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- monitor and follow up on unusual activities and incidents
