Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- successful completion of Huntsville Hospital P.R.I.D.E. Academy
- valid driver’s license and insurable by HH standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- some computer skills needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- some college preferred
- completion of Huntsville Hospital P.R.I.D.E. Academy required
- security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
- customer service experience
- possession of a valid driver’s license
- supervisory experience preferred
- healthcare experience preferred
- ability to use word processing and spreadsheet applications
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- observe and monitor hospital facilities using patrol techniques
- respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
- report security activities and incidents accurately
- greet visitors and provide assistance when needed
- valet park vehicles and transport patients within hospital premises
- work as a cashier in the garage booth as required
- enforce hospital policies in a courteous and assertive manner
