Job Requirements
- complete FBI fingerprint check and 10-year background check
- no convictions of FAA disqualifying crimes
- must be eligible for SIDA badge with $25 deposit deducted from first two paychecks
- ability to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- U.S. citizenship required for certain services
- pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal check
- willingness to follow company policies
- ability to maintain security mindset and strong team spirit
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- written and oral communication skills in English
- ability to work in cold temperatures
- ability to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- must be at least 18 years old
- hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
Job Duties
- Inspect airline equipment for unauthorized items
- screen cargo using designated equipment and methods
- perform aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding, and gate guarding as per specifications
- observe and monitor unit activity and facility surroundings when not performing inspection or validation duties
- report to operations supervisors or managers as required
- follow all assigned duties from management
- work morning and afternoon shifts
