Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of related experience in security or hospitality
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to drive stick shift
- Guard card preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
- Ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to travel for hotel familiarization and training
- Ability to work during Springboard business hours Monday to Friday
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a related security or hospitality position
- Valid California driver's license and ability to drive stick shift preferred
- Guard card and CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Opera software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Conduct routine patrols of the hotel property ensuring safety and security
- Perform protective and enforcement functions with courtesy and restraint
- Observe and report discrepancies or safety hazards
- Prepare routine logs and incident reports
- Escort guests to parking lot areas and assist with luggage
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and procedures
- Attend emergency training and participate in safety procedures
