Job Requirements

new employees required to complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and confirmed 10-year background check (10 year listed
5 year verified)
not have been convicted of any FAA disqualifying crimes
ability to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
must be at least 18 years old
US citizen
hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
willing to work in cold temperatures
willing to work non standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
written and oral communication skills in English
security mindset with pride in keeping skies safe and flights secure
trustworthiness including keeping promises and speaking the truth
customer focused with willingness to listen and act promptly
team spirit emphasizing integrity, collaboration and open communication
willingness to embrace innovation and continuous improvement
experience or background in security or customer service preferred

Job Duties

Inspect airline equipment and check for unauthorized items
screen cargo using designated equipment and methods according to customer specifications
perform aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding, and gate guarding per customer requirements
observe and monitor unit activity and facility surroundings when not performing inspection or validation duties
perform all other duties as assigned by management
report to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager depending on unit size
activities overseen by Lead or Senior Lead depending on unit size
