Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 3 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or similar field
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
- Experience presenting or public speaking preferred
- Valid state driver’s license preferred with ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
- Background check and E-Verify will be conducted
- Access to federal military installation requires REAL ID-compliant license or acceptable alternative

- Valid state driver’s license preferred with ability to obtain and maintain Tessera’s insurance coverage
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access
Job Duties
- Assist with compiling required information for submitting security badge requests
- Assist with compiling required information for vehicle pass requests
- Understand and retain knowledge about location and customer-specific security requirements
- Compile details of security incidents and input into report templates
- Return installation badges and access credentials as needed
- Maintain visitor control systems for Tessera sites
- Data entry, scan, and file confidential security documents
- Provide large group security training and updates as part of the Security Awareness Program
- Track security training status via Workday and Teams
- Work independently and collaboratively in office environment with occasional travel
- Display excellent customer service to diverse internal and external customers
- Utilize innovative approaches to manage time and drive operational efficiency
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting team goals and deadlines
- Research security-related subjects and provide executive summaries
- Obtain and maintain eligibility to operate government systems and access installations
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, outside agencies, and the public
- Perform other duties as assigned
