Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Valid Driver's License
- Must comply with St. Luke's driving policy including no certain driving-related offenses for past three years
- Must maintain a valid, current driver's license
- Ability to work part-time during evenings
- Ability to stand and assist guests physically
- Successful completion of background checks as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to apply de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for electronic visitor systems
- Ability to assist guests with physical assistance as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment
Job Duties
- Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats
- Assist Security in assessing potential threats and use de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
- Greet guests and provide information regarding activities, locations of departments, offices, and services
- Identify guest needs for golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services
- Handle basic issues and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- Record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and band visitors as appropriate
- Assist guests out of vehicles and with personal bags
- Assist with valet services as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
