Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must comply with St. Luke's driving policy including no certain driving-related offenses for past three years
  • Must maintain a valid, current driver's license
  • Ability to work part-time during evenings
  • Ability to stand and assist guests physically
  • Successful completion of background checks as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to apply de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy for electronic visitor systems
  • Ability to assist guests with physical assistance as needed
  • Commitment to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment

Job Duties

  • Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats
  • Assist Security in assessing potential threats and use de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
  • Greet guests and provide information regarding activities, locations of departments, offices, and services
  • Identify guest needs for golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services
  • Handle basic issues and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and band visitors as appropriate
  • Assist guests out of vehicles and with personal bags
  • Assist with valet services as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
