Job Duties
- Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats
- assist Security in assessing potential threats using de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
- greet guests and provide information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices, and services
- identify guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services
- handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
- record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and band visitors as appropriate
- assist guests out of vehicles or with personal bags as needed
- assist with valet services as needed
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
