Job Duties
- Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats
- assist security in assessing potential threats using de-escalation tactics and conflict resolution skills
- greet guests and provide information on department locations and services
- identify guest needs for golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services
- handle basic issues and refer complex concerns to higher-level staff
- record visitor information in electronic systems and band visitors as appropriate
- assist guests with passenger doors and personal bags as needed
- support valet services when required
- perform other assigned duties
