Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of junior college with business administration or secretarial major preferred
- Completion of secretarial course from accredited business school preferred
- Previous successful secretarial or office work experience
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Work effectively with diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic, and professional groups
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, and Zoom
- Valid driver’s license with access to dependable, insured transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and TB test

Job Duties
- Answer telephones and greet clients or guests
- Notify staff when clients arrive for scheduled appointments
- Type correspondence and maintain files and case entries
- Update and edit electronic medical records as needed
- Attend bi-weekly program staff meetings
- Provide timely reports to Program Director on unusual occurrences
- Comply with all safety policies and act quickly in emergencies
