Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • ability to move boxes up to 70lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • must have reliable transportation
  • permitted to work in the U.S.
  • available mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • available minimum of 25 hours per week
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • related experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Facility maintenance which includes cleaning and sanitizing all restaurant areas including dining, restrooms, and kitchen
  • sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • emptying trash and recycling bins and disposing of waste properly
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas
  • equipment maintenance which includes conducting routine inspections of kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens
  • performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • notifying management team of any equipment malfunctions or issues needing repair
  • general repairs including minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, repairing broken fixtures
  • reporting major maintenance issues to management for professional repairs
  • safety and compliance following all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment
  • ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to food safety standards
  • teamwork and communication collaborating with team members to assist in their tasks as needed
  • communicating effectively with management and coworkers to address maintenance-related concerns or issues
