Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, high volume, customer service-oriented business preferably in food service or retail
- Proven experience in managing financial health of retail operations including but not limited to P&L oversight, driving revenue, and managing costs
- Ability to recruit, motivate, train and retain a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
- Food Manager certification from prior work experience or completed Philz Coffee Food Manager certification within first 30 days of employment

- Provide frontline leadership to all team members
- Manage the financial health of the store including P&L oversight

- Set goals and manage team performance and accountability
- Partner with recruiters to attract and retain diverse, high-performing talent
