Job Requirements

  • one or more years of experience cooking in a commercial, high-volume production kitchen
  • successfully passing a criminal history and employment background check
  • successfully passing a pre-employment drug test
  • ability to follow company, FDA, and airline safety and food preparation standards
  • availability to work full-time
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • team player mentality

Job Qualifications

  • one or more years of experience cooking in a commercial, high-volume production kitchen
  • knowledge of FDA and airline food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

  • basic food handling and preparation knowledge

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook raw food items for airlines in a timely manner
  • ensure food preparation meets company, FDA, and airline standards and regulations
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
  • collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • monitor food quality and consistency
  • adhere to safety procedures and guidelines
  • assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
