Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1200 hours total time, 500 PIC, 50 hours multi-engine fixed wing, commercial airplane multi-engine land
- 500 hours cross-country flight time
- 100 hours night time
- 75 hours instrumental flight time with 50 in actual flight
- CFI, CFII, MEI certificates preferred but not required
- Pass oral and written exam administered by FAA approved Advanced Air check airman within preceding 12 months
- Complete competency check in type of airplane within preceding 12 months
- Complete 6-month IFR proficiency check
- Demonstrate enroute, arrival and departure procedures with check
- Knowledge of FAA rules and regulations
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures
- Customer/client focus
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Pass FAA drug/alcohol screening and background checks
- Maintain current medical certificate
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift heavy objects over 150 lbs
- Ability to climb on and off airplane wing
- Digital dexterity for preflight and post flight tasks
- Ability to execute flights up to 4.5 hours within 14-hour duty period
- Current U.S. passport with at least 6 months validity during employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- FAA commercial pilot certificate with multi-engine land rating
- Minimum 1200 hours total flight time, including 500 hours pilot in command and 50 hours multi-engine fixed wing
- 500 hours cross-country flight time
- 100 hours night flying
- 75 hours instrument flight time, with a minimum of 50 hours in actual flight
- Preferred but not required: CFI, CFII, MEI certificates
- Ability to pass oral and written exams as required by FAR 135 regulations
- Successful completion of proficiency and competency checks
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration rules and regulations
- Strong customer and client focus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass FAA drug and alcohol screenings and background checks
- Maintenance of a current medical certificate
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 150 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Digital dexterity for aircraft preflight and post flight tasks
- Valid U.S. passport with at least six months validity during employment
Job Duties
- Assist the pilot-in-command during all phases of flight in accordance with operating policies and procedures
- Perform a visual pre-flight (walk-around) inspection prior to each flight
- Perform a visual post-flight (walk-around) after each flight
- Assume primary responsibility for the safety of passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and aircraft if pilot-in-command is incapacitated
- Have primary operational responsibility for successfully completing customer service portions of each flight leg
- Review and brief pilot-in-command on all customer service items including passenger pick up and drop off, refueling, customs, hangar communication, and catering
- Comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Operations Manual, Operations Specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, and Company Policies
- Complete all ground and flight training curriculum specific to the aircraft type
- Update flight and duty records and report maintenance discrepancies
- Participate proactively in safety and quality systems by identifying, reporting, and mitigating hazards and quality issues
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by higher authority
