Job Requirements
- High school diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency (G.E.D.)
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
- Possession of Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings prior to SIC duties
- Minimum of 450 flight hours
- Fluency in English, able to speak, understand, read, and write

- Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings
- Minimum of 450 flight hours
- Fluency in English in verbal and written communication
- Excellent cockpit verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Act as Second-in-Command for clients training in multi-crew aircraft without a flying partner
- Maintain SIC pilot qualification according to program requirements
- Adhere to FlightSafety International’s Quality Management Systems processes and procedures
- Keep current all certificates, ratings, and designations required to perform as an SIC
- Serve as SIC in various aircraft types for Part 142, Part 135, and non-FAA clients as required
