Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a culinary production operation
- able to read, follow, understand and execute recipes and directions precisely
- experience using a variety of food preparation equipment and cooking methods
- able to work independently efficiently

Job Duties
- prep, prepare, and finish menu items following preparation guidelines and department recipes
- garnish and present finished menu items appropriately
- complete assigned work to meet meal service deadlines following quality, sanitation, and batch cookery standards
- use sound judgment to adjust food quantities based on customer demand
- prepare and present foods in customer service areas while maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
- work as a team with other culinary employees and provide guidance to less experienced cooks
- clean, sanitize, and maintain food preparation equipment and workstations
- adhere to food safety guidelines and accurately complete service records
- work efficiently under fast-paced and high-pressure conditions
