  • ability to tolerate heat and cold temperatures

Job Duties

  • Perform tasks and responsibilities described in Cook position at a higher level and with minimal supervision
  • anticipate needs and assure availability of raw products for daily and future production
  • assure production is timely and completed as close to service as possible
  • possess a developed understanding of overall production scheduling, task status, and service requirements and assist others as needed
  • improve skills by practicing responsibilities of a First Cook
  • guide and train lower classification employees in task accomplishment
  • assume responsibility of production subsystems including catering
  • assist in basic dessert preparation
  • maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance
  • perform other tasks as requested
