  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 1-2 years experience working in a guest service oriented Food & Beverage establishment preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments to ensure operational excellence
  • manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue, profit, and RevPAR targets
  • maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and quality assurance
  • implement asset protection policies to safeguard hotel property
  • provide hands-on leadership to ensure guest service quality and suite cleanliness
  • support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in strategic planning and execution
  • foster teamwork and positive work environment among hotel associates
