Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments to ensure operational excellence
- manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue, profit, and RevPAR targets
- maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, and quality assurance
- implement asset protection policies to safeguard hotel property
- provide hands-on leadership to ensure guest service quality and suite cleanliness
- support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in strategic planning and execution
- foster teamwork and positive work environment among hotel associates
