Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
- College degree preferred
- Intermediate word and excel skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily hotel operations to achieve financial and operational goals
- Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest suites and public areas
- Supervise hotel associates and foster teamwork
- Implement company policies and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate with General Manager and First Assistant Manager on hotel performance
