Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience in guest service oriented food and beverage establishment preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Intermediate word and excel skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily hotel operations to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Oversee housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage departments
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of guest suites and public areas
  • Supervise hotel associates and foster teamwork
  • Implement company policies and quality assurance programs
  • Coordinate with General Manager and First Assistant Manager on hotel performance
