Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- must demonstrate ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
- must be able to work outdoors during evening hours
- must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates
- must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- consistently practices safe work habits including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations
- must be willing to comply with and ensure team members comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or in the process of obtaining one
- must demonstrate ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
- previous performance in community or school extra-curricular activities
- communication and public relations skills
- ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service
- willingness to comply with and ensure team members comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- successful completion of all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines
Job Duties
- Performs show or act in assigned area according to show schedules
- performs daily warm-up on individual basis to insure performance without injury
- develops skills or knowledge to maintain excellent quality show or appearance
- follows through on show notes to insure progress in specific areas
- maintain personal appearance by meeting costume and make-up requirements
- assist in general cleaning of specified areas
- assist in the daily operational aspects of assigned show, reporting prop or costume repairs in a timely manner
- works with cast or crew and management to maintain the integrity of the show
- consistently demonstrates courteous and professional behavior in all work aspects with all team members and guests
- works as part of a team to increase productivity and while providing excellent guest service
- maintains a professional appearance that meets grooming standards
