Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- have a parental consent form signed if under 18
- must demonstrate ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
- must be able to work outdoors during evening hours
- must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates
- must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- must consistently practice safe work habits including use of personal protective equipment and reporting unsafe situations
- must be willing to comply with SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
- must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements including passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, GED, or in the process of obtaining one
- previous performance experience in community or school extra-curricular activities
- communication and public relations skills
- ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
- ability to work outdoors during evening hours
- availability for all rehearsal and performance dates
Job Duties
- perform show/act in assigned area according to show schedules
- perform daily warm-up on individual basis to ensure performance without injury
- develop skills/knowledge to maintain excellent quality show/appearance
- follow through on show notes to ensure progress in specific areas
- maintain personal appearance by meeting costume and make-up requirements
- assist in general cleaning of specified areas
- assist in the daily operational aspects of assigned show, reporting prop/costume repairs in a timely manner
- work with cast/crew and management to maintain the integrity of the show
- consistently demonstrate courteous and professional behavior in all work aspects with all team members and guests
- work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service
- maintain a professional appearance that meets grooming standards
