Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • have a parental consent form signed if under 18
  • must demonstrate ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
  • must be able to work outdoors during evening hours
  • must be available for all rehearsal and performance dates
  • must be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions
  • must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • must consistently practice safe work habits including use of personal protective equipment and reporting unsafe situations
  • must be willing to comply with SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
  • must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements including passing required tests and certifications within established timelines

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma, GED, or in the process of obtaining one
  • previous performance experience in community or school extra-curricular activities
  • communication and public relations skills
  • ability to perform in casted role during the try-out process
  • ability to work outdoors during evening hours
  • availability for all rehearsal and performance dates

Job Duties

  • perform show/act in assigned area according to show schedules
  • perform daily warm-up on individual basis to ensure performance without injury
  • develop skills/knowledge to maintain excellent quality show/appearance
  • follow through on show notes to ensure progress in specific areas
  • maintain personal appearance by meeting costume and make-up requirements
  • assist in general cleaning of specified areas
  • assist in the daily operational aspects of assigned show, reporting prop/costume repairs in a timely manner
  • work with cast/crew and management to maintain the integrity of the show
  • consistently demonstrate courteous and professional behavior in all work aspects with all team members and guests
  • work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service
  • maintain a professional appearance that meets grooming standards
