- At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization
- Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties
- Stock linen, china, and silver for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition
- Clean soiled bar glassware and polish by properly utilizing the bar dish machine
- Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
- Preparation of condiment and garnish items
- Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations
- Demonstrate through knowledge and ability, the execution of the service steps such as filling water, clearing dishes, crumbing table
- Keep side stations stocked with mis en place during service
- Keep an accurate water book
- Clear multiple plates according to proper procedures
- Help keep perfect table maintenance
- Offer service all guests in a manner which exceeds expectations
- Understand methods of preparation and presentation of all foods served
- Have a basic knowledge of the wine and beverages served in the Restaurant, Bar and Terrace
- Be vigilantly attentive to service details and product quality
- Collect food from the kitchen when required
- Make specialty coffees when required
- Assist in other Food and Beverage areas when requested to do so, as business volumes require
