- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in luxury hospitality or related service industry
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking for extended periods
- availability to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- manage deliveries and run errands efficiently
- respond to service requests in a timely manner according to core standards
- integrate duties of doorman, page, and runner to ensure seamless operations
- foster a secure and welcoming environment within the residential building
- collaborate with Residential Concierge team to fulfill various assigned responsibilities
- maintain a flexible approach to adapt to dynamic work requirements
