Job Requirements
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to carry and balance a tray
- High school education or equivalent experience
- At least 2-3 years within the high end hotel or resort restaurant industry
- Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning or afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in outside conditions year-round

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create balanced and refined cocktails
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations preferred

Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Create elegant, balanced, and refined cocktails utilizing local and seasonal ingredients
- Prepare all signature and classic cocktails on the menu from memory
- Provide guests with exceptional and personalized service
- Engage guests with vivid descriptions of each cocktail's origin, taste, and preparation method
- Maintain knowledge of all products served behind the bar and throughout the restaurant
- Create house-made shrubs, bitters, and shrubs
