Job Requirements

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-3 years within the high end hotel or resort restaurant industry
  • Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning or afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work in outside conditions year-round

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience within the high-end hotel or resort restaurant industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to create balanced and refined cocktails
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations preferred
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Create elegant, balanced, and refined cocktails utilizing local and seasonal ingredients
  • Prepare all signature and classic cocktails on the menu from memory
  • Provide guests with exceptional and personalized service
  • Engage guests with vivid descriptions of each cocktail's origin, taste, and preparation method
  • Maintain knowledge of all products served behind the bar and throughout the restaurant
  • Create house-made shrubs, bitters, and shrubs
