Job Requirements

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
physical ability to work on feet and move at a quick pace for long hours
ability to lift, carry and move up to 35 pounds
willingness to work in hot environments
availability to work weekends and holidays
positive can-do attitude
no prior serving experience required

Job Qualifications

Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with clients, members, guests and co-workers
multi-lingual abilities are a plus
positive attitude with willingness to learn
passion for the hospitality industry

good physical stamina for extended periods of standing and moving
ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Offer support to the service staff
work a variety of special events within the resort, outdoor spaces and the beach
assist in running food and clearing tables
provide bread and water service to guests
maintain cleanliness of restaurant and surroundings
act as a floating backup to assist servers and bartenders
ensure enjoyable dining experience for members and guests
