- must be at least 18 years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- able to pass background checks and security screenings
- willing to complete training at JetBlue University
- physically capable of performing flight attendant duties
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s reliability, innovation, and humanity
- use judgment and empathy to support guests and crew throughout the flight
- participate in immersive training covering aviation safety, service delivery, and crisis management
- collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
- apply real-time decision-making skills to address in-flight challenges
