Job Requirements
- minimum of three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- must meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- willing to attend and complete paid leadership training in Beijing
- flexibility to work variable shifts including daytime, nighttime, weekends, and holidays
- physically fit to meet airline safety and health standards
Job Qualifications
- minimum of three years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience acting as a purser or in senior cabin roles
- fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
- completion of all standard flight attendant qualifications
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to complete Air China's Cabin Senior/Leadership training program
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew to ensure safety and service standards
- lead pre-flight briefings for flight attendants
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- maintain compliance with all safety regulations
- monitor crew performance and provide leadership guidance
- coordinate with flight deck and ground operations teams
