Job Duties
- Anticipate and fulfill guests requirements proactively
- Ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Clear, clean, and set up table, chairs, linen, china, glass, and silver unobtrusively
- Use a Captain's Pad for effective communication
- Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- Assist in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages
