Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree
Valid driver’s license for the state or within a commutable distance from the state
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide basic numbers including money units
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking
Ability to talk hear sit stand walk handle feel reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl and lift up to 100 pounds
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Travel up to 5 percent may be required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or within a commutable distance from the state
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including money calculations
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable
Skill in parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant friendly and professional demeanor with guests co-workers and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly demeanor
Park and retrieve vehicles safely driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions taxis reservations and other inquiries
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
Complete and maintain ticket information including key tag guest folio vehicle location damage survey and claim check receipt
Calculate and collect vehicle revenue when needed
