Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- One month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to understand and follow simple instructions
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Familiarity with 24-hour and military time
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening

- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to guests and co-workers
- Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations including money
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
- Ability to perform parallel parking
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet
- Use guest last names during interactions
- Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously
- Assist guests with bell services and luggage
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Provide directions, taxi, reservation, and facility information
- Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
- Issue and collect claim checks and vehicle keys
- Complete and maintain all ticket and vehicle information
- Calculate and collect parking revenue when needed
