Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in 2 years
  • Must pass annual motor vehicle record screening
  • Able to exert physical effort lifting at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to push or pull carts and equipment up to 250 pounds
  • Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 4 hours continuously
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable wearing closed-toe, non-skid shoes
  • Previous experience in valet or customer service preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving vehicles for at least 3 years
  • Strong knowledge of local areas and roads
  • Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor
  • Preferred ability to drive stick shift transmission

Job Duties

  • Greet and receive customers with high-quality customer service
  • Park guest vehicles and ensure their safety and security
  • Assist guests with luggage and belongings
  • Direct traffic at hotel and restaurant entrances
  • Secure taxis and transportation for guests and visitors
  • Return rental vehicles for guests
  • Complete errands and deliveries for guests
  • Answer questions about the hotel, restaurant, and surrounding areas
  • Provide professional and gracious service while maximizing guest satisfaction
  • Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
  • Respond to guest service issues and report to management
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a fast but careful work pace
