Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must hold a valid driver’s license
One month related experience and/or training
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to operate vehicles safely and cautiously
Ability to understand and process ticketing and payment accurately
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
Ability to work PM shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm
Open availability
Ability to withstand outdoor working conditions including temperature extremes

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or within a commutable distance
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in American money units
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information accurately
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
