Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • One month related experience and/or training
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely and cautiously
  • Ability to understand and process ticketing and payment accurately
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work PM shifts from 3pm to 11:30pm
  • Open availability
  • Ability to withstand outdoor working conditions including temperature extremes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state applying to work or within a commutable distance
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in American money units
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
  • Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
  • Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys and collect claim checks before issuing keys
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information accurately
  • Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
