Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • valid Arizona driver’s license and history of safe driving with a 3-year clean MVR
  • at least 19 years of age
  • ability to operate automatic and manual automobiles safely
  • reliable and predictable attendance
  • ability to maintain occupational health and safety awareness
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience with communications and technology equipment
  • positive attitude
  • professional appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Treats all members, guests, and employees with respect
  • maintains friendly appearance
  • greets members and guests by name with a smile
  • ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition
  • maintains cleanliness of work area
  • park automobiles for members and guests
  • help members and guests in and out of automobiles
  • parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request
  • assist members and guests with personal belongings
  • provide directions to various places throughout the clubhouse
  • respond to member/guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures
  • responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques
  • proactively communicate with other departments (Security, F&B, Golf) regarding Member and Guests arrival and departure
  • perform other duties as assigned
