Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in compliance, security, or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to monitor and enforce alcohol policies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment contingent on successful background screening

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal alcohol laws and company policies
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify signs of intoxication or non-compliance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage diplomatically with guests and staff
  • Confident in making timely, sound decisions in fast-paced situations
  • Maintains composure and professionalism
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of background screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Observe and document alcohol-related concerns and policy violations
  • Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and detect fraudulent IDs
  • Monitor guest intoxication levels and prevent over-service
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Report policy violations or concerning behavior to management
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service practices according to laws and company policies
  • Serve as a resource for staff on alcohol policies
  • Monitor employee compliance with alcohol regulations
  • Assist in delivering alcohol service and compliance training
  • Maintain accurate records of observations and incidents
  • Prepare detailed daily reports
  • Provide end-of-shift briefings to management
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as needed
  • Identify and address potential compliance risks proactively
  • Support safety efforts to ensure a secure environment
