Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Class B CDL with necessary endorsements or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Availability for temporary, seasonal employment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT, tanker, and air brake endorsements
  • Valid Medical Examiner's Certificate for interstate commerce operation
  • Ability to lift and pull equipment weighing 50 to 75 pounds
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English language as per 49 CFR 391.11(b)(2) including reading and speaking abilities
  • Ability to undergo background checks and drug screenings
  • Willingness to complete required training and obtain endorsements if not currently held

Job Duties

  • Deliver fuel locally (home every night) in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain the delivery truck including reviewing maintenance record, performing inspections, and reporting vehicle conditions requiring attention
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Account for funds and inventory with a user-friendly handheld terminal
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Complete required delivery documentation accurately
