Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, events or education
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coach team members
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with store systems and point-of-sale platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Passion for toy products and retail environments

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership
  • Strong communicator with coaching and development skills
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms
  • Experience working flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of merchandising and store operations is a plus
  • Retail or event management experience is desirable
