Job Requirements
- completion of cast certification program as cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- legally required state or local alcohol selling/serving training and certificate if applicable
- completion of the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to meet vision requirements including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties
- regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system including accurate cash drawer handling
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- operating, preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- up selling and suggestive selling
- complying with local, state and federal food safety laws
- abiding by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- ensuring current alcohol certification and training if applicable
- reading and understanding required training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination
- tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, directing patrons to auditoriums
- inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
- managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
- enforcing MPAA rating system
- conducting in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality
- reporting problems and discrepancies to management
- performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
- cleaning auditoriums and other areas
- monitoring cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
