Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and controls
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach as needed
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
- Execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a customer-focused environment
- Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Process freight, stock products, and follow store merchandising guidelines
- Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
- Complete daily and weekly workload and tasks efficiently and on time
- Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
