Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. individually and occasionally team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects and controls, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
- Flexible and creative to handle multiple shifting tasks
Job Qualifications

- Clear and concise communicator with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong attention to detail in following standards, processes, and marketing

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
- Execute all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
- Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
- Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Process freight, sort and stock products according to store merchandising guidelines
- Conduct store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
- Complete daily and weekly workloads and tasks efficiently and on time
- Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts
- Perform other duties as required by business needs
