Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs individually and 100 lbs with assistance
- Capability to use hands and arms for manual tasks
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Capacity to bend, climb, and reach periodically
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated reliability and ethical behavior
- Flexibility to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
- Execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely
- Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
- Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Process freight, sort, and stock products according to merchandising guidelines
- Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the store
- Complete daily and weekly workload and assigned tasks efficiently and on time
- Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention
- Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
