- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to lift 50 lbs individually or team lift 100 lbs
- ability to use hands to handle or feel objects and controls and reach with arms
- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to bend, climb, and reach
- ability to work independently and within a team

Job Duties
- maintain a positive attitude and sense of urgency while executing company policies and procedures
- contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service
- perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently
- process freight, sort, and stock products following store merchandising guidelines
- perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
- complete assigned daily and weekly workloads and tasks efficiently and on time
- participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives
