Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. individually or team lift 100 lbs.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls and reach with hands and arms
- Stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Bend, climb, and reach as required
- Work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Be reliable and trustworthy with ethical behavior
- Be flexible and creative to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and sense of urgency while executing company directives and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment
- Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Process freight, sort and stock products according to merchandising guidelines
- Carry out store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building
- Complete daily and weekly workload tasks efficiently and on time
- Participate actively in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
