Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- part-time availability including weekends, holidays, and nights
- a neat and professional appearance abiding by ABC dress code and policies
- retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- a positive attitude
- flexibility in daily job tasks
- able to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
- must pass company-issued background screening before hire
- maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
- capable of standing and moving about for extended periods
- able to bend, lift, and twist to move product and assist with merchandising
- able to lift and/or transport up to 40 lbs throughout the store and stockroom
- able to occasionally perform overhead lifting and use ladders or step stools to access merchandise
- able to visually inspect product labels, signage, and displays
- able to detect and respond to visual cues such as guest gestures, product placement, or safety hazards
- able to work in elevated locations and with tools
- able to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- able to occasionally work in refrigerated temperatures
- able to tolerate moderate noise levels in the work environment

Job Duties
- Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests
- provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting all guests, answering questions, recommending products, and locating items in-store or at nearby ABC locations
- assist guests in taking their purchases to their vehicles
- create gift baskets with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and creativity
- operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts (training provided)
- unload delivery trucks when needed
- assist in stocking the store including shelves and coolers
- keep the store clean through box breakdown, light trash removal, and light cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathroom cleanliness and supplies
- deliver products to curbside pickup parking spots to guests in their cars
- arrive for shifts on time and ready to work
- perform other duties as assigned
