Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- part-time availability including weekends, holidays, and/or nights
- a neat and professional appearance abiding by the ABC dress code and policies
- a positive attitude
- flexibility in daily job tasks
- able to interact with guests and other team members professionally and courteously
- must pass company-issued background screening before hire
- maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
- able to stand and move about for extended periods up to 8 hours or more
- frequently bend, lift, and twist to move product and assist with merchandising
- frequently lift and/or transport up to 40 lbs throughout the store and stockroom
- occasionally lift overhead to place or retrieve items from high shelves
- occasionally use ladders and step stools to access merchandise stored at varying heights
- frequently move between sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas of the store
- able to visually inspect product labels, signage, and displays to ensure accuracy and presentation
- able to detect and respond to visual cues such as guest gestures, product placement, or safety hazards
- able to work occasionally in elevated locations using tools such as ladders
- able to tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions while maintaining property or assisting guests
- able to tolerate exposure to fumes or airborne particles when using cleaning solutions and supplies
- able to tolerate exposure to refrigerated temperatures between 32-41 degrees Fahrenheit when stocking or retrieving product in the cooler
- able to function in a moderate noise level environment

- retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests
- provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting all guests, answering questions, recommending products, and locating items in-store or at a nearby ABC location
- assist guests in taking their purchases to their vehicles
- create gift baskets as needed, wrapping with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and creativity
- operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts (training provided)
- unload delivery trucks, if needed, depending on schedule
- assist in stocking the store, including shelves and coolers
- keep the store clean through box breakdown, light trash removal, and light cleaning duties (sweep, mop, keep bathrooms clean and supplied)
- deliver products to curbside pickup parking spots as needed to guests in their cars
- arrive for shifts on time and ready to work
- other duties as assigned
