Job Requirements
- Minimum nineteen years of age by the first day of Summer Day Camp
- Provide one or more verification letters documenting at least 455 hours of paid or volunteer work with youth in a group
- Ability to swim in deep water
- Ability to administer first aid and medications
- Complete pre-employment steps including interviews, reference checks, and background checks
- Commitment to at least eight of the nine camp weeks
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, running, jumping, and lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications

- Verification of at least 455 hours of paid or volunteer experience with youth groups
- Ability to anticipate camper needs and solve problems effectively
- Strong communication skills with parents, campers, and staff

- Ability to swim in deep water
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily camp activities for up to 60 elementary aged campers
- Build positive relationships with campers, families, and staff
- Actively participate in games, crafts, swimming, and field trips
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the camp environment
- Support and collaborate with camp staff
- Manage schedules, records, and supplies
- Administer first aid and medications
- Handle setup and takedown of camp equipment
- Maintain consistent attendance and engagement
- Adapt activities to meet campers' needs
